Return Window and Condition
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached
We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.
Approval Comes First
Every return must be approved by our support team before you send anything back. Items shipped back without approval may be refused.
How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you would like to return.
- Wait for approval. Our team replies within 1–2 business days.
- Receive your return instructions and a free prepaid return label by email.
- Pack the items securely and drop off the package with the carrier. Keep your drop-off receipt.
- We inspect the items once they arrive at our warehouse.
- We issue your refund.
Return Shipping Is Free
Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need extra time before the credit appears on your account. We'll email you when the refund has been issued.
Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving it. Please include your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos. We'll offer a replacement, a refund or another suitable solution at no cost to you.
If your package seems lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to track it down.
