Shipping Policy

Every order from Sapcapitalstore leaves from a warehouse in the United States, packed and checked before it heads out. This page explains where we ship, how long it takes and what it costs, so you know exactly when your new trail gear should show up.

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses in all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We sell and deliver within the United States only and do not accept international orders.

Shipping Method and Carriers

We offer one shipping method: Standard Shipping. Orders are sent with USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL, depending on your address and the package.

Shipping Cost

The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Time

Orders arrive within 5–11 business days in total, counted from the day you place your order. That total already includes processing:

• Processing: up to 3 business days to pick, check and pack your order.
• In transit: up to 8 business days with the carrier.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status at any time on our Order Tracking page.

Changing or Canceling an Order

If you need to change your address, swap a size or cancel, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. Changes and cancellations are only possible before the order enters processing or shipment. There is no fee to cancel, and approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us with your order number. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
