What "Sale" and "Sharing" Mean

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and similar laws in other states, a "sale" is disclosing personal information to a third party for money or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" is disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, meaning ads based on your activity across different websites.

What We Share and With Whom

The only data that may be considered shared is online activity collected by cookies on our site:

We do not share your name, email address, postal address or payment information for advertising.

Service Providers Are Not a Sale or Share

We also work with service providers that handle data only to run the store for us, such as PayPal for payments, our email provider, and the carriers that deliver your order. Their processing is limited to providing those services and is not a sale or sharing of your information. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.

How to Opt Out

Choose either option:

• Fill in the form below.

You do not need an account, and we will not ask you to verify your identity to opt out. We will only decline a request if we have a good-faith reason to believe it is fraudulent, and if so we will tell you why.

What Happens Next

We will process your opt-out within 15 business days and notify any third party that received your data during that period of your choice.

Authorized Agents

An authorized agent may submit an opt-out request for you. The agent should provide written permission signed by you.

Global Privacy Control

Our site does not currently respond to Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. To opt out, please email us or use the form on this page.

After You Opt Out

We will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months.

Consumers Under 16

We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without prior consent. Consumers aged 13 to 15 must opt in themselves, and children under 13 need consent from a parent or guardian. Our site is not directed to children.

Sensitive Personal Information

We do not collect sensitive personal information, so we do not offer a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link.

Your Other Privacy Rights

You may also ask to know, access, delete or correct your personal information. We respond to these requests within 45 days, and may extend that by another 45 days when needed, with notice to you. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Appeals

If we deny your request, you can appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Appeal". We will respond within 60 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact your state Attorney General.

Non-Discrimination

We will not deny you products, charge you different prices or give you a different level of service because you used any of your privacy rights.
